ive noticed in this video to the uper right you can see the “bacterium” seem to take shape especialy at the upper right corner 10 seconds into the video and the neutrophil seems to be eating something that looks like a mix. im wondering if bacterium is a possible misidea and your actualy looking at developing red blood cell, the bacterium is the beginning stages. if you look in the video you can make out murky round sacks on some of the bacterium. this would mean that the neutrophil is inhibiting red blood cell growth wich is causing the red blood cell count to go down if this is present in conditions where red blood cell count drops and neutrophil are present. has any long term examinations been done? you may have to mimik the temperature environment of the human body (warming blood to 98 degrees) wich may be done by modifying a microscope and submersing a blood sample in glass (making sure its sealed) in boiling water still allowing light to go through to see how human cells actualy perform.its bad science to jump to a conclusion without fully investigating something.

the bacterium being the little black dot like things. if you notice especialy at 10 seconds in you can see some with murky sack like developement.
